Working with certain key programmatic requirements and within defined technical parameters, a schematic concept of a high-rise commercial building of NCC Class 5 high quality office space on a CBD site in Melbourne is transformed from a very rough concept into a coherent and original design development proposal that incorporates and specifies architectural technologies - including Structural Typology, Facade Systems & Materials, and Schematic Principles of Active / Passive Environment Control - in the form of materials, construction systems and building components.

 

A developed design concept that focuses on the quality of technical decisions - and not just form per se - is delivered:
